When reporting a problem

Please include a short description of the issue and, when useful, your device model, operating-system version, app version, and a screenshot. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information.

Common questions

Is TheoryCY an official Cyprus government app? No. TheoryCY is an independent educational study app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Cyprus government or Road Transport Department.
Does TheoryCY guarantee that I will pass the official theory test? No. TheoryCY is a study aid and should be used together with current official guidance and suitable driving instruction.
Where is my learning progress stored? Learning progress and preferences are generally stored locally on your device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
I found content that may be incorrect or outdated. What should I do? Please email us with the relevant lesson, sign, question, or screenshot so it can be reviewed.
How do I restore a purchase? Open TheoryCY and use Restore Purchases from Settings or the Pro purchase screen. Lifetime Pro can be restored on supported devices using the same app-store account. 30 Days Pro remains valid for 30 days from its original purchase date and does not renew automatically. Restoring purchases does not restart or extend the 30-day access period.
What is the difference between 30 Days Pro and Lifetime Pro? 30 Days Pro unlocks Pro features for 30 days from the purchase date and does not renew automatically. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase that provides continued access to TheoryCY Pro features.
I completed a purchase but Pro is still locked. What should I do? First, make sure you are using the same Apple App Store or Google Play account that was used for the purchase. Then try Restore Purchases. If access is still not restored, contact us and include your device type, app version, and a brief description of what happened. Do not send payment-card details.
Can TheoryCY issue a refund? Payments and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where the purchase was made. Please use the applicable app-store refund or purchase-support process.
