GateRelay respects your privacy and is designed to work without collecting personal information, except where required to provide specific app features.
GateRelay stores device settings, authorised user data, command presets, logs, and other app-related configuration data locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to GateRelay servers.
If you choose to use backup, export, or restore features, you decide where your data is saved (for example, iCloud Drive or other storage providers available through the iOS share sheet). GateRelay does not have access to these files once exported.
GateRelay does not require account registration or user login.
If the app includes subscription features, subscriptions are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. GateRelay may use RevenueCat solely to manage subscription status (entitlements) within the app. This process may involve the use of an anonymous app-specific identifier and purchase history for the purpose of enabling subscription features. This information is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking.
GateRelay does not use advertising services and does not display ads.
GateRelay may request access to features such as notifications, contacts, location, phone, or SMS only when needed for app functionality, such as gate access actions, geofence reminders, quick user management, or sending commands to compatible GSM relay devices. These permissions can be changed or disabled at any time in your device settings.
GateRelay does not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties.
